Riot Act is a 4 piece Rock-n-Roll band from in Southern
Maine. They've been playing their unique and intense style of
music up and down the eastern seaboard for over 15 years
and are still as vibrant and energetic as ever
.... with Masa Takahashi on Lead/rhythm guitar/keyboards,
Kurtis P Keller on bass & vocals and of course Johnny Jam is
still belting out the vocals. Depending on what show you catch
you will see Mike "Hammer" or Jason Morin on drums.
We are also playing around town as the "Quiet" Riot Act
acoustically with Masa, Johnny and Scott Lank! We play a
completely different set list of songs from 4 decades of rock
and roll. anything from Sublime and Bob Marley, to Paul Simon
and Peter gabriel....and everything in between. Check out

Masa Takahashi was born in Japan and came to
the US via Mexico. He has been playing guitar &
Keyboards since his early teens and is now living
comfortably in Southern Maine. Although he
seems quite happy in Northern New England you
can sometimes hear him say "テキーラをお渡し
ください"

Kurtis "P" Keller born & raised on Rutland
Vermont and was an original member of the
band that came to Old Orchard Beach in 1991.
Along with bass guitar his passions include
motorcycles, fast cars and thrill rides. You can
often find him on water slide during set breaks.

Jason Morin bartender with flair! When not
drumming in the band you can find him
flipping bottles behind the bar. This fire breathing
drummer previously traveled the world with
Ringling Bros. & Barnum Baily Circus.

Johnny Jam hailing from Boston Mass has been
rockin' with Riot Act since 1991. He previously
fronted the band Kid Crash 1984-1989 that all
came to an end when the tour bus driver
disappeared during their visit to the Bunny Ranch
in Las Vegas Nevada. No charges were filed.

Mike "Hammer" is the hardest working drummer
in New England. When he is
not jammin' with Riot Act he is working with his
other band Uncle Jack Variety the spice of life is
an understatement - he is currently taking
applications for a personal assistant!
